Q: I use Firefox and cannot see the VCR controls. Why is this and what can be done ?

The dimensions of the video frame area when viewed in Firefox varies with the bandwidth setting. This can lead to the VCR controls being hidden behind the player when a high bitrate is selected on the Settings tab.

One workaround to this problem consists of lowering the bitrate. Another option is to install the WMP plug-in for FF, which can be found here: http://port25.technet.com/pages/windows-media-player-firefox-plugin-download.aspx

This plugin will keep the streaming window at a fixed size, thus solving the issue with VCR hidden commands.
