If you know your password:
Log in to the player. If you are already logged in, click the login tab or your username. Next, click "edit details". (You may be asked for your password again. Enter it, then click "edit details" again.) On the "Edit your details" page, enter a new password, then click "Save details".
If you do not know your password:
Navigate to the login panel and click the "Forgotten password?" button. If you know your username, enter it in the field provided and click the button next to it, usually called "Retry". This will retrieve your password hint. If the hint reminds you of your password, click "try logging in again". If not, click "send now" to have a new password generated by the system and emailed to you.
Edit you registration details:
Log in to the player. If you are already logged in, click the login tab or your username. Next, click "edit details". (You may be asked for your password again. Enter it, then click "edit details" again.) On this screen you can modify many of your registration details, including you first and last names, email address, password, password hint and preferred bitrate. Be sure to enter a new password, then click "Save details".
