I am having another type of problem

I cannot open the player at all

I can open the player but the video shows only wavy lines, a “negative” effect, or everything is made of “funny colors”

I only get a green screen where the video should be

I can hear audio but cannot see the video or vise versa

The video will not play

I am having trouble logging in

I am having trouble making a payment
