I am having trouble logging in

Double-check that you are using the correct username and password.  Your username is not your e-mail address; it is the username you created when you registered with the channel.

You will need to enter your username and password then click “Login” (pressing the “Enter” or “Return” key will not log you in).

If you have forgotten your password, go to the login panel or tab and click the “forgotten password” button.  When you do this, your password will be reset and the new one will be e-mailed to you.  Use this one to log in.  Once you are logged in, you will be able to change your password again.

If you are still having trouble logging in or if you have forgotten your username, please e-mail the channel directly and they will be able to help you out.

Finally, you may be visiting a channel that requires payment for certain content.  If that is the case, note that the username and password you used to register with the channel is probably different from the one you used to register with the payment provider (such as PayPal).  Be sure you are using the correct login information.
