What are the minimum system requirements to run a player on my Mac?

I have WMP 9 installed but the video still will not play.  What should I do?

I have Flip4Mac installed but the video still will not play.  What should I do?

The sound is echoing or the player is playing several streams at once which gives an odd echo effect.  How do I fix this?

I can’t watch the video in “full screen”

The VCR controls do not work or are not displayed.  I cannot pause, FF or REW

Microsoft is no longer supporting Windows Media Player on the Mac and I do not have WMP 9.  Can I still watch the video?

Please note that Flip4Mac is not fully supported and therefore will probably not play our videos properly. If you use Flip4Mac, you will need to check the "create streaming movies" box in preferences. We advise using a PowerPC Mac instead of an Intel Mac to view our videos whenever possible.
