You will see this message if you have purchased credits but do not have enough remaining to cover the cost of the video you are currently trying to watch. The parameters of a credits package are set by the channel manager. They can be limited by time or by the number of instances the programme you spend your credits on can be viewed. When you run out of credits, you will either need to purchase more credits or purchase a subscription, if available.
