If the Paypal window does not appear, please check your security settings. Then close the Player, clear your cookies and cache (temporary internet files). Next, re-open the player, log in and try subscribing again.

To use your Paypal account, log in to PayPal. Please be aware that your password and username for Paypal are different from the password and username for Channel (unless you have used the same registration details for both services, of course). Once logged in to PayPal, you will then see the screen below. Click on PAY.
Follow the Paypal instructions and complete the transaction, then return to the Player. When you click on "Click here to return to the player", the scheduled content should play automatically and the material you purchased will be available to you.
