| A: | Some have found the Flip4Mac plug-in to be less reliable than Windows Media Player when used with the Narrowstep players. You can leave it installed and just disable and enable the plug-in at your leisure. To do this, go to System Preferences>Flip4Mac WMV>Plug-in and change the setting there. |
