Ensure you have the most current version of Flip4Mac (version 2.0.2 or newer). You can also try repairing your permissions (you can find more information about repairing permissions at http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106712 ). If that does not fix it, try disabling the plug-in (in System Preferences > Flip4Mac preference panel).
