Q: The sound is echoing or the player is playing several streams at once which causes an odd echo effect.  How do I fix this?

A:This is a known problem in using Flip4Mac with Safari.  Try using a different web browser (we recommend Firefox or Netscape).  Alternatively, if you have Windows Media Player installed, you can temporarily disable the Flip4Mac plug-in and allow WMP to play the videos instead.  You can disable the Flip4Mac plugin from the Flip4Mac preference panel in “System Preferences”.
