A: Minimum System Requirements are as follows

For the operating system you will need one of the following:
Windows 98
Windows NT 4
Windows 2000
Windows XP
Windows XP Media Center Edition
Windows Vista

Other operating systems may work but are not supported by this site.

A web browser: we recommend Internet Explorer. Firefox works also but with slightly limited functionality.

To use Firefox 2.0 with Vista, you will need to install the following plugin: http://port25.technet.com/pages/windows-media-player-firefox-plugin-download.aspx

An internet connection - a faster (broadband) connection will let you see a higher quality video image, but all bandwidths are supported, including dial-up.

For the processor, a minimum 166 MHz is required, 500 MHz or higher recommended.

A minimum of 128MB RAM is required. However, this is a WMP spec. The more RAM you have, the better your computer will perform. We recommend no less than 512MB.

Windows Media Player 9 or later.  This will enable your computer to play the actual video files which are in WMV format.  You can get the latest version of Windows Media Player here:  http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/

A 32-bit video card supporting millions of colours is recommended, though a 16-bit colour video display card with thousands of colors will usually suffice.
