Stream Error

Stream Error: This may be due to congestion between you and the media servers, a local problem with your PC, or our servers may be busy. Please try again later.

As the error message indicates, stream errors can be caused by any component in the line from the server to your computer.  To alleviate these errors, first try a different protocol. Go to the settings tab (on the player) and select "Pop1 (http)" on the media servers drop down list (or "mms" if you are already on http).  If a different "Pop" is available for that channel, try that too.  Click "Confirm" to change pops. NOTE:  Only “mms” is available on the Mac.

If that does not rectify the problem, go to the settings tab again and select a lower bitrate setting, then click "confirm".

Finally, make sure your firewall is not blocking the video stream.

If none of these fixes the problem and you continually receive these errors, you may want to contact your local ISP and have them route you through a different hub, as the one you are currently being sent through may be busier than another.  You may also find that you will need to upgrade your internet connection.
