If the video will not play, please try the following:
Windows Media Player: The first thing to check is that you have Windows Media Player installed. All the videos are in WMV format, so Windows Media Player must be installed in order for the player to be able to play the video. For best results, ensure you are using the latest version with all current updates. You can get the latest version here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/ (Mac users, Flip4Mac WMV will work as well - see the Mac FAQs for more information or download it from here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/wmcomponents.mspx) Firewalls: Often firewalls are set up in a way that blocks streaming video feeds. This is frequently the case if you are trying to access the player on a company network, especially in larger corporations. If possible, adjust your firewall settings or speak with your IT department about gaining access to the video stream. You can see more information from Microsoft here: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;306317#XSLTH3122121123120121120120
More: You may need to adjust your proxy settings. In Windows Media Player, click the ‘Tools’ menu and select ‘Options’. Click the ‘Network’ tab and verify the settings in the ‘Streaming Proxy Settings’ area. If you do not know what your proxy server settings should be, select a protocol, click ‘Configure’ and then select ‘Autodetect proxy settings’ or ‘Use proxy settings of the Web browser’ (available for HTTP protocol only). This will help if you are experiencing streaming errors.
