The video you are trying to watch is one that requires a ticket.  You will either need to purchase a ticket or select a different video.  To purchase a ticket, click the button or tab called “login”.  Once there, click “Buy” (depending on the channel you are watching, this may say something slightly different such as “Buy Now”, “Buy Credits”, “Purchase” or “First register and login, then click here to pay”).  Next, if there is more than one option, select the package you wish to purchase from the dropdown menu.  Then click “Buy now!” (or similar).  A new window will open.  Follow the prompts to complete the transaction.  Once finished, you may return to the player and watch this video.

 

If the payment window will not open, it may be because a pop-up blocker is active.  CLICK HERE for more information on how to allow pop-ups.  Most channels use PayPal, so you may need to allow the PayPal site to “pop up”.

 

NOTE:  The payment site may ask for your username and password.  Unless you have registered on that site using the same username and password as you did on the channel, your login information will be different.  If you have not yet registered with the payment site, then you will have the opportunity to do so before proceeding with your transaction.  Dont worry!  It will remember which subscription you need to buy while you complete the registration.
