There are a number of ways that you can watch the Channel on your PC.
The easiest way is to get a cable to take your PC output to your TV input. There are a number of different cables that will do this depending on the connectors on your PC and on your TV. Ask your local PC or TV shop for assistance if you are unsure. Essentially, you will need to take a video output from your PC (usually using the graphics card) and plug this into one of the compatible inputs on your screen.
Alternatively, there are a number of 'flip' boxes that will enable you to transfer your PC image onto your TV. Sony, Philips and Pinnacle all produce such boxes and you should easily find them in your local PC shop. Some use wireless connections, so if you have WiFi network, you can transfer the images without wires to other rooms in your home. Another alternative is to use Windows Media Centre Edition instead of your TV receiver. You will then be able to access the channels as usual using a web browser and navigate to and from your favourite traditional TV channels. |
