800705AA: ERROR_NO_SYSTEM_RESOURCES
You have insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.
The error code in the subject line is quite well documented by Microsoft. Here is their advice:
You are running out of resources for the media player to function. A few things you can try:
1. Go to Start>Windows Update and search under the "Windows XP" offerings (not the critical updates). A recommended update was just released. The KB number is 837272. Installing this will give you the latest and greatest version of wmp.dll, which is the core resource file for the player.
2. Set a custom size for your page file. (If you are not sure what number to use, try setting the minimum at 1.5 gigs.)
3. Check inside taskmgr.exe when you get this error to see if there are any programs running that are eating up memory and/or processor cycles. If you find this is the case, quit those programs.
