0xC00D11B0: Cannot perform the requested action
This error often occurs when the computer does not have sufficient resources, such as enough free memory or a fast enough processor. Quit other programs, close other web browser windows and then try again. If the problem persists, you might need to upgrade your computer.
This error also occurs when codecs or drivers need updated. If you are getting no sound or no video, update the drivers for you audio or graphics card, respectively.
You may also need to allow Windows Media Player to download new codecs. To do this, make sure the "Download codecs automatically" checkbox is checked:
1. Open Windows Media Player
2. Press Ctrl+M to display the tool bar at the top of the window if it is not already showing
3. Select Tools>Options and then make sure the 'player' tab is selected
4. Check the 'Download Codecs Automatically' box just under 'Automatic Updates'
Another good bet is to try a lower bitrate setting. Go to the settings tab, select a lower bitrate and click 'confirm'. Sometimes the detected connection speed is higher than what your computer (its processor and RAM) is able to handle. |
